Brilliant! For all those artists that wanted to contribute to this site for so long but couldn't get their work shown, this is a huge step for Newgrounds! Hopefully this will inspire more collaborations with a variety of artists, animators and musicians...

A brilliant flash animation by Arj Barker has been going for years and its one of the top-class flash cartoons that has never made it to Newgrounds. He finally released another episode and as its not on the site I'd like to at least show it to users through the magic of video!

Completed in Flash animation here's hoping it will push our beloved media even further into the spotlight!
So they've released details about all the new upcoming Adobe (CS4) software and of course Flash is in with the mix! As much as it pisses me off that we can't just get a simple update the new Flash CS4 is looking mighty sharp and includes a new 'Inverse Kinematics' or bone feature that should make it even easier for animators to work with their characters.

A true legend has passed. The man who includes Aliens, Jurassic Park, and T2: Judgement Day on his resume has sadly died.
I really hope this doesn't signal the end of traditional special effects as CGI really can't compare.
